Graduation Checklist

1. Inform MTSE student office (Lisa Dunlop) and check of degree plan, including committee members
2. File for graduation with the Toulouse School of Graduate Studies:  http://tsgs.unt.edu/academics/graduation
3. Schedule oral defense: make room reservation and complete graduation checklist form
   • Graduation checklist for PhD
   • Graduation checklist for MS
4. Submit thesis/dissertation to members of committee (at least two weeks prior to oral defense)
5. Submit abstract of thesis/dissertation to department for posting (at least two weeks prior to oral defense)
6. Turn in departmental keys to UNT Access Control (Sycamore Hall Room 006)
7. Leave forwarding address to the department.
